I bought a pellet grill from this place, and it never worked from day one. The whole idea behind the pellet grill is the set it and forget it, the temperature was never consistent and off by more than 60°. I tried for three days on three different occasions to reach the manager, and a couple days later got a call back. I told them I wanted a refund or to exchange it. He told me he wanted to try to fix it and to give him a couple days, so I agreed to leave it. Two weeks later I have heard nothing and had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. A great family run business. There’s always one or two people at the front door to great and/or help you. The building is super clean and organized well. It’s small enough that you don’t need to walk around forever but big enough that they have most everything I need. The people are seriously great.
