I am the Broker/Owner of ROOST East Bay! Although ROOST itself is new, I have been in business in the East Bay since 2004 and have assisted 150+ families buy and sell homes in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Sacramento counties. I have hung my license under some of the biggest real estate franchise names.
Our agent was great! Stacey was super informative and took her time to explain things to us - first time home buyers. She was persistent and a good advocate on our behalf with the seller. What can you do better? Um, I don't know - because our agent was fantastic! I thought I'd go the extra mile and tell you how much I enjoyed working with Stacey.
How much money do you have available for the down payment investment, and how much money you can borrow? Unless you're paying all cash for your property, meeting with a qualified mortgage professional is essential. This will put you in a better position to make a serious offer when you do find the right house.
Also remember you can always uncheck "Show only Open Houses" to see ALL the homes within your price range and schedule your own showing!
