Dr. Milstone is simply the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced yet he listens to and values his patients’ opinions regarding their treatment plans He has a great personality and bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable. His staff is also excellent and very quick to respond to calls and messages sent through the portal. The medications I take for my sleep disorder are heavily regulated and sometimes very expensive. They require a lot of effort from Dr. M and his staff to get them covered by insurance and filled every month. They all definitely go above and beyond to make

Almost every bill is coded incorrectly and if we did not pay attention to the statements the Williamson Medical Center would be stealing thousands of dollars from us over and over. Seems intentional and unethical. Check your bills and insurance coverage carefully. It takes months to get resolved and endless hours on the phone praying to get just one person to do the right thing.

I arrived during the Covid pandemic in mid January of 2022 and was happy to see the precautions initiated upon entry. They did the best they could trying to separate Covid patients and limit exposure in the waiting room. Wait time was very minimal. After completing a small piece of paper, I was immediately taken back to triage and onto an ER room.
I was quickly taken care of by Charlie and Kim (nurses) as well as a wonderful NP and an amazing sonogram tech.(very kind & thorough) After several hours, I was admitted and sent to the 3rd floor whereby I received OUTSTANDING nursing care by Nicole

My mother was admitted on Saturday , January 8, 2022. My husband and I both went to visit her on Sunday January 9, 2022. The patients visitors policy that was given to my mother on 1-8-2022 clearly said there was no limit to visitors on the floor she was on. When we came back on January 12 ,2022 with my 2 children to visit my mother at 5pm, we went through the emergency room entrance like we did the time before. We were met with the a combative greeter that seemed to want to show her dominance. She asked what we were doing there, and roughly and loudly said only one person can visit. I had paperwork

I had to go the ER the day after a heavy snow storm and they took care of me promptly, despite the fact it was busy.
All the staff, nurses and doctors were caring, attentive and professional at all times.
Thankfully, my condition wasn't life threatening, so I spent less than an hour at the ER. They made arrangements so an specialist could see me at his office nearby.
Covid protocols are safe and easy to follow. Thank you!!!

I was looking for a primary care physician as I generally use urgent care when the need arises. I found Dr. Halford through the BCBS of TN website. My entire experience was very positive. Dr. Halford spent time with me, answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed in any way. I would highly recommend Dr. Halford if you are looking for a primary care physician.

My PCP ordered me to the emergency room because I couldn't see out of my right eye is suddenly. The check in process, the triage process went great. Very professional and thorough staff members. When I was triage I was given an eye test and of course I couldn't see anything out of my right eye because of blurred vision. The emergency doctor gave me an eye test. He told me he would be right back but he never came back. I had to ask the lab person who was great what test he was ordering and what it was for. I never saw the emergency doctor and wasn't given any test results and was

There are not enough words to describe how awful our experience was while having our baby at this hospital. Starting off everything was fine until during labor when my fiance’s nurse had a problem with my fiancé being in extreme pain. Epidurals we’re not placed correctly and somehow it was her fault. After the fact, I signed the birth certificate paperwork and the hospital took me completely off of it. The baby had the wrong last name on Social Security card and birth certificate. I called asking for discharge papers and received them for setting up insurance. Insurance needed a proof of life

I had a breast augmentation here today. I wish I could remember the nurses names so they can get all the credit but I don’t. However the nurses that were helping me before and after surgery were phenomenal top notch phenomenal.there was never a slight moment I felt I was just let in a room alone. Both were extremely informative, helpful, and caring. Along with them the anesthesiologist. He was there to answer all question and explained what he would be doing and what I should expect. They had me in and out in no time. I can’t wait to shower so I can see the magicians hands at work ( dr burgdorf

No one wants to experience all that a hospital has to offer, but when you need it, it's great to know that Williamson County has one of this caliber. I came in by ambulance to the ER with a life threatening scenario. The ER had me diagnosed within 30 minutes and in touch with the surgical team to put together a plan. I was out of danger within a few hours of arriving due to the excellent response, knowledge, and care of the ER and the team of vascular surgeons that operated on me. The ICU gets a 10 out of 10. The nurses on call were absolutely amazing and all the doctors I saw had fantastic bedside

I am exceedingly satisfied with my wife's delivery here. All of the doctors and nurses have been top notch, high caliber professionals and the nutrition services team gave us every bit of southern hospitality and even called us to take our meal orders (Erica and Dee have been our nutrition techs and have been especially helpful and wonderful). I highly recommend this facility!

Dr. Dunn and her staff are the absolute best. They are thorough during visits, but above all, they truly care about their patients' well being. They do not rush, instead they ask questions to fully understand their patients. I would recommend them for their service, integrity, and care.

Sunday night around 7pm my son fell from his hoverboard and seemed to have a broken arm with some bone poking through. (Insert mom gagging motion) for real I did NOT handle it well.

I yelped "hospital" as I had exactly zero clue where the closest ER was. We race down 96 at cut throat speeds. So when we rushed into the ER I was NOT COOL!!!!! these folks. Y'all, They had it DOWN!!!! And they were calm, professional and helpful.

From the front sign-in gal (I don't catch her name but she was FAST! to the front desk processing lady, Kathy, to the gentleman (nurse or doctor

Great experience! I delivered my first baby here a few weeks ago and all of the nurses were absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for more. Then yesterday I ended up needing my gallbladder removed. The ER saw me very quickly and directly admitted me and I ended up having surgery a few hours later! Considering this was my first surgery I’ve ever had I was extremely nervous but the surgeon was very nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. Again the nurses I had for this surgery were all very wonderful! I would recommend this hospital to anyone!

I was recommended to the Williamson Medical Center Outpatient imaging center by the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee who is in the same medical network. This was for my daughter to have an MRI done quickly, so it was scheduled by the Bone and Joint which I appreciated. Williamson Medical Center charged more than DOUBLE what it cost everywhere else for the MRI. $1500 at their location, and I later found as low as $500 at other Imaging centers. Once I realized it, I spoke to Rhonda in billing, and she told me she is, "sorry, but I can't help you". I asked why it was twice as much

Rushed my mother to Williamson medical at 1 AM this morning hoping to get relief from the writhing pain she was experiencing related to bladder cancer. Despite having only one other patient, the ER team was cold, harsh, thoughtless and entirely lacking in empathy. They were also mistaken in key parts of their diagnosis and their treatment.

Based on my experience today, I would never send a relative or a friend to Williamson Medical under any circumstance imaginable.

Why do these "healthcare professionals" feel they are serving their patients if they allow interminable delays (we were

Took my daughter there Saturday and ended up in the labor and delivery because she is pregnant. Never once saw a doctor, apparently they just called her doctor and that was enough. Lectured her about drinking water and how she needs to drink 8-12oz and hour yet we were there 3 1/2 hours before they brought her some because "oh we just got busy this afternoon". They took a urine sample to check for UTI when she got there and when we left 5 hours later it was still sitting in a bag on the counter by the sink. She is planning on delivering here but I am thinking if this is any indication

I delivered my baby here and had a very positive experience. My nurse was Kala. She was so incredible and I can't imagine how my experience would've been without her. She kept me calm and helped my husband understand what was going on as this was our first child. The nurses were great. The rooms were clean. The food is terrific and delivered super fast!

Bad experience. Too many things to list. Worth the drive downtown to a bigger, more reputable hospital. Some doctors and nurses were great. Others were horrible. Very tense environment.
