Tara Mingardi is a certified cosmetic artist and the founder of Wish Beauty, offering permanent cosmetic services in partnership with Flutter Lash & Skin Studio. She fell in love with Microblading four years ago when she was first introduced as a client. Tara has 20 years of experience in the medical profession as a Registered Dental Hygienist and in a corporate setting both teaching and training clinicians.
Following a break in her career to raise her four children, Tara re-entered the workforce armed with a passion to help others meet their individualized beauty wishes. Services
Microblading by definition is a semi-permanent technique for enhancing the appearance of the eyebrows. Pigment is gently etched into the skin in fine short strokes resembling hair using a hand tool with a blade formed of tiny needles. It is a procedure categorized under permanent makeup. Unlike traditional cosmetic tattooing, it is less invasive and is considered semi-permanent.

Tara is absolutely AMAZING at microblading. I was nervous at first about doing permanent makeup on my face but the whole experience from start to finish was great! Tara is so nice, thoroughly explains each step, and makes you feel so comfortable from start to finish. She is so diligent, takes her time, is so clean and careful with every single step.
I have always had a hard time shaping my eyebrows and have used many products and pencils over the years but the results I have now are absolutely amazing! I feel so confident about my brows now without having to do any touch up to them
