Adams Architectural Associates was founded in 1984 under Matt C. Adams, the firm's principal architect. With over three decades of experience to our firm's name, we're capable of realizing projects of all varieties-from residential to commercial and hospitality, we do it all. With any project, it's hard to think of a more important step than the planning phases. It's during this crucial period that a project starts to take form, where the budget is solidified and you can start to see your vision unfolding in front of you. When working with an architect, the first step is to meet with them and discuss your vision for the project.
The Master Planning process begins with the Adams team analyzing your project requirements, objectives and long-term needs. We meet with you to ensure that we understand your vision for both your current circumstances as well as your future. Site layout, traffic flow, parking, pedestrian movement, building ingress and egress, building orientation, expansion needs and long-range site development are all included.
We specialize in church architecture having designed hundreds of churches in the last 30 years. It is a unique practice that encompasses a building design, and also the creation of a community. Beyond the sanctuary, options include community recreation, performing arts, education, food service and retail spaces.
As Architect for both Homer Adams Parkway Retail Complex and Raging Rivers Waterpark near Alton, Illinois, we have extensive experience in the design and development of planned communities. We've also worked on many individual properties and our commercial architecture services include: master planning, site evaluation & selection, complete architectural services, interior design, zoning, campus planning and development.
