Mass Movers got us all moved today in a reliable amount time and for a great price. The whole crew was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend you use this company for your next move. They’re honest, professional, and work hard to make your move easier. I recently used Mass Movers for my move from Lansing to Ann Arbor. Chris was very helpful, quick, and the bid ended up being quite accurate without even seeing the move itself. Chris and his crew were very careful with everything I had to move, and made sure everything was properly secured and protected for my move. Having moved around 20 times in my life (I wish I was exaggerating....), Chris and his crew were by far the best I've worked with. I highly recommend Mass Movers for your move.

Wow. That's an outright lie, and it was miserable being canceled on. The move was July 2nd and you told my boyfriend two workers walked off the job two hours before our move time because it was "too hot" and did not offer any help or alternatives. I have call history from the phone number you just shared in a screenshot I'd be happy to attach if you're still having memory issues. You called at 12:23 PM and we were expecting

I hired two movers for two hours. They were hard workers, moved a piano to a third floor apartment, but it was too big of a job for just two guys. Chris tried to get a third mover on the job, but the guy quit that morning. There were a few bumps and a few new scratches on the piano because of it, but nothing too bad. It did, however, turn a two hour move into a three hour move.
I'd go with them again, but I'd recommend having your move totally prepared to avoid lost hours.
