Spent several Thousand dollars on a new HVAC system and tankless water heater ever since it was installed I no longer have access to hot water and this company could not care less. Definitely do not recommend.
I had a HVAC system and tankless water heater installed about a year ago and I have had nothing but problems with my hot water ever since. As soon as the tankless water heater was installed I was unable to get hot water, and after several calls it was never addressed. I would think that not having hot water in the shower or sink would at least warrant a check up. After several thousand dollars

I was drawn to this company because they offer maintenance agreements. First, I signed up online to schedule an appt to have my AC unit serviced. I provided all my info and waited for someone to call me. No attempt to schedule an appt was made as I recieved no call. Next, I called and made an appt. The appt was for 9am. At about 10:30 am, I got tired of waiting and called to see where the tech was. I was told the tech was working on rooftop units at Rush Copley and was behind schedule. I was told someone would call me back with an ETA. No one called me. Its a shame. I really wanted to like this
