I ordered a banner which was and is an important and time sensitive gift to celebrate a milestone in our sons athletic career. I tracked the package and it was late and the tracking would not update.
I reached out to Dominic at Copy King and explained my issue. Dominic ended up remaking the banner AND upgrading it AND overnighting the banner to me so that we could present the banner at half time this weekend.
Dominic was not at fault for the late shipping. It was not Dominic’s fault that the banner was lost. I am so thankful for Dominic and his customer service. I live hundreds of miles away

At our Law Firm we rely on Copy King for our large printing and binding jobs. We have used them for years, they are quick, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. Copy King gets the job done right, the first time. Great place to take small jobs when our printers are down too. I can email them a job and pick it up at their store.
