Kelsea is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is the owner and founder of 360 Nutrition Consulting. Kelsea specializes in helping clients make lifelong sustainable changes. She enjoys helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food by listening to their biological hunger and fullness cues.
For all other insurance providers, we are considered an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits. Please call your insurance plan prior to your visit to verify your benefits for nutrition counseling. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, Health Saving Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

Hi! I met Kelsea about two or three years ago. I wanted to learn how to eat better. I grew up in the south, so I was used to battered, buttered and fried. We talked about goals and she gave me a list of food to eat and try. Took me awhile to get it. I would lose some, gain some. During the pandemic, I was unemployed and couldn’t see Kelsea, but every tool she gave me I used. I started with Kelsea at 246. I weigh 185 today. I didn’t think I would ever get under 200.
