I've used Quality Concrete and Landscaping for a few projects at my house. They have always been professional and punctual. In all of my projects, the estimates have always been detailed and accurate. The quality of their work has lasted me for several years and is still beautiful to this day. Tim came by to give us an estimate. Seemed like a standup and knowledgeable guy. Said he would email over the estimate by a certain date. He never did. I followed up a couple times with phone calls, but never got an answer and never heard back. I understand landscapers are busy these days, but it doesn't excuse not following through with your word.
