My teeth look pretty much the same after the cleaning. The whole cleaning process took 15 - 20 minutes. One minute for polishing the teeth before cleaning them. I can tell for sure they have skipped few teeth during polishing and cleaning. It more seems like they were doing a formality than doing their job. I found dentist assistant and Dr defensive when I ask question.

PLUSH Dentistry is truly one of a kind! I am so happy that I chose them for my dental needs. The dentist did fantastic work (didn’t even hurt), the dental assistant was so very caring (she provided me with a cozy blanket, protective googles, offered water, checked if I was fine throughout the procedure, and even made sure my lips didn’t dry out by applying Vaseline! For a 1st visit, it was very pleasant. However, I was most impressed when filling in the paperwork & there appeared to be more of an interest in what would make my visit more comfortable… SOLD. Also, the dental assistant was GREAT!👌🏼

After seeing multiple dentists that said my teeth were “ the most unique I’ve ever seen” and my situation seemed like an uphill battle and was very discouraging. I found my family's new dentist! I've never returned to a dentist more than once. Always had painful experiences with no communication. Dr. Kraipak saw me at 4:30pm for gum pain. She recommended a cleaning, and I was apprehensive about feeling more pain. She talked me through everything, a couple of options, and why doing the cleaning that day was most recommended. She made sure to check in with me throughout and addressed any discomfort I was feeling before continuing. She told me to raise my left hand if I was feeling any discomfort, and I realized no other dentist had given me an option

Initially I went for my cleaning and they closely reviewed the area that I had concerns about. I went back to have dental work completed. They were able to get me in the following week. The experience was professional, luxurious and dare I say relaxing! It it clear that each employee even from checking in knows the vision to ensure their patients are comfortable and calm.

I went to Plush for a cleaning and three fillings, and I cannot express how happy I am with the results! This was my first time to the dentist in a while and the cleaning was the most pleasant and painless cleaning I have ever had! My appointment was quick and the staff was fantastic. As someone who has been traumatized by the dentist in the past, I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. My last experience was so horrible that I avoided the dentist for almost 3 years. They were very kind and tried to make the experience as quick and painless as possible. Extra points because they kept asking if I was okay and making sure that I was comfortable.

Plush Dentistry is wonderful! They have a TV above the chair so you can watch TV of your choice during your appointment, and they use massage chairs which are very relaxing. I've always had quick yet thorough bi-annual exams, and I recently had a chip in my tooth and they were quick to get me in and solve the problem. A family member also recently received veneers, and she LOVES them - they look so nice and natural. Would highly recommend Plush!

As a clinician, I would definitely say Dr. Ali's professional acuity was up to par, and the receptionist was pleasant. Thats the only positive thing I could share about this office. I came in for braces removal and veneers consultation. Once treatment plan was explained, the dental assistant followed me to the front desk as I checked out. I felt the vibe of my money was no good there, and I would somehow not pay, so the dental hygienist stood at the receptionist desk in full don and gloves and watched. Another hygienist also made her way over to the receptionist counter and smiled weirdly

I'm terrified of dentist so I did a lot of research before picking somewhere. I knew I need to get work done and decided Plush was the place. I'm so happy I picked Plush .. I was so comfortable, all the staff constantly asked if I was doing okay. They made sure I was always comfortable and explained everything to me. Will no longer refer family or friends as my mother got charged $285 on images and the consult alone! She called and had appointment as a first time customer with plush aware that I had referred her and English is her second language. I feel extremely disappointment in the outrageous charges. My mother has insurance and not even I have ever had to pay this amounts for images or a simple first time consult. It feels like upselling and though I never had a bad experience personally, I am not sure if I’ll frequent practice again because of this.

Would like to thank Dr. Ali and his staff for taking time on the weekend to accomodate me. Last weekend was my second visit and I loved how friendly everyone was. I enjoy the Netflix movies, wearing Bose headset while on procedure. From the front desk all the way to the back and back again to checkout. When I lived in California, I went to a dentist that specialized in cowards, their slogan was "We cater to Cowards". PLUSH dentistry hands down is the best I've ever been too. Dr. Ali gets it; he listens to you and makes sure you're comfortable and he don't hurt you. The office is amazzzzing too and his staff is Top grade. Listen, I did deep cleaning to Luther Vandross, Luther, do you hear me, and, he had lavender scent in the room to relax me. They are the best. There is a level of customer service here that I have never experienced before from a dentist's office. From the moment you walk in, the staff show you such tremendous amounts of attention and make you feel extremely important. I've been here twice now and each time they've confirm my appointment via phone call and text, they've had all my necessary paperwork laid out and ready for me, they've offered me a beverage, and they've attended to me right away. They have MASSAGING chairs and huge flat panel TVs with lots of streaming options as well as Bose noise cancelling

Best dental experience I’ve had in my entire life. The staff is extremely nice and professional. They truly live up to their name and motto, when you leave you feel pampered.
