When we hired Richard 2 months ago to clean the pool, he told us he would do everything to keep it clean, including cleaning the filters and spa repair. To this day he has not cleaned the filters, skimmed the leaves off the top, and has not scrubbed the pool bottom. He said the skimmer did not work when he came but I informed him that they changed the valve setting that was the problem yet he insisted that they did not change the valve, this happened 2-3 times and considering I am in a wheelchair I know it wasn't me. They also pulled the wiring apart from the circuit and luckily the pump shut

Such a disappointing experience. My pool filter has been problematic since our initial encounter with this company. We thought we had solved the problem by replacing some parts, however, in the last 2 months our pool has looked terrible, and we have had ZERO contact from A Plus Pool Cleaning. When we finally reached out to them, the owner claimed he had been trying to call. He even stated he called 3 weeks ago and spoke directly with me. LIAR!
