Sorry to be negative but I have problems every time I take my car in. The staff is great but when it comes to oil change and inspections it is not so great. Went in for oil change and my husband checked the oil a week later and it was a quart low. The car only has 45,000 miles on it and I know it isn't burning oil. Either the oil wasn't changed or not enough oil put in it. Also my husband checked fluids and my brake fluid was down to the low mark and my coolant reservoir was empty. My windshield wiper reservoir was empty also. They claim they topped all fluids off but they didn't. This has happened

Recently bought a used car from Loyalty Toyota and before signing papers noticed the bumper was a different color than the rest of the car. It had been in a wreck that was not reported to insurance so it was not in the carfax. Luckily before signing the dealership agreed to have it fixed along with a piece on the side that was sticking out. Was told to bring it to this place. After about two days picked it up not only did they do an amazing job on the bumper and fixed the side piece, they cleaned my car and filled it back up. This place is amazing and I recommend getting any work you need done
