Initiated contact with them to hydro test an HPA Paintball tank. Apparently during the process incorrect tools were used by a trainee and resulted in damage to the product. Fire Alarm & Safety Tech Inc got in contact with me and reported the damage and then replaced the unit completely. This included cutting a check for a replacement as well being very kind and welcoming to assist me in any other matter to replace the HPA Tank. It is great to still find business around the area that has this type of honesty and great workman ship that they stand behind. Def. looking forward to seeing that I get
