Came home from vacation to find continuous water flow from a relief pipe out of the side of my house. Traced it back to the fire system. Called up several fire sprinkler companies to help diagnose. While most were helpful over the phone, most pointed out a faulty relief valve but couldn't get me scheduled soon enough.
The next day I received a call back from Joe from Fire Safe Group who walked me through a potential fix over the phone. He believed the pressure had simply gone past the predetermined safe zone and tripped the relief valve on its own. In other words, it was working as expected

Sprinkler was leaking slightly and Fire Safe Systems had Jose over in under an hour. He was thorough, patient and incredibly well informed. He systematically worked through potential causes and carefully found a fix. I could not recommend Fire Safe Systems and Jose more. Really great to work with such pros.

Fire Safe Systems are a group of incredibly professional and friendly people. Just when I thought that great customer service was dead, Joe and Nora proved me wrong! Nora followed through and got ahold of a service technician right away and followed up immediately with an email detailing our call and providing contact info. I got a call from Joe just a few minutes later and he sent two awesome technicians over within thirty minutes! I mean WOW! And when I thought things couldn't get any better, the technicians noticed some improperly installed sprinkler caps and fixed them and placed the caps

We had a building that was in escrow and a new tenant coming in at the same time. The previous tenant had not kept up on the inspections. Once the tenant saw the out of date inspection all hell broke lose. Fire safe came out Tuesday afternoon inspected the build. Quote on Wednesday morning and work completed Thursday morning. Saved the day. Thanks.

I'm a superintendent and have had Jose with Fire safe on multiple jobs. I have had nothing but the best work and experience with him. I was very pleased with the service from Fire Safe Systems today...John our service technician came to do an annual service check. John arrived right on time and tested all the systems to make sure that we are covered should anything unforeseen occur. We had our fire alarm go off on a Sunday afternoon, and needed a fire systems company to install a new sprinkler head and turn the water back on. We called several companies and no one was able to provide service on a Sunday. But we then reached out to Fire Safe--Jose was at our house in an hour and able to fix the problem for us.

My company hired Fire Safe systems to lower the fire sprinklers. It was a smaller job but they fit it into their schedule the next day. We needed the sprinkler head adjustment completed quickly because we were installing wood ceiling panels that week. Fire Safe Systems came through for us.
Super friendly office staff. Very nice and helpful. cCean work by technically competent technicians.

I can't thank Fire Safe Systems for not only responding immediately to us, but going over and above in the repair of our leak in the fire sprinkler system. They gave us an immediate appointment, showed up on time and above all, were competent. They also took care to protect surrounding areas from any stray water during the repair. A leak in the fire sprinkler system is something that needs to be addressed and is difficult to find a company who can service this system. These guys did it and we are appreciative!

I highly recommend Fire Safe Systems. My wife and I called Fire Safe Systems after our alarm went off while we were at work, and the fire department came out to turn it off. The fire department left a note saying that our fire alarm unit on the outside of the house was probably faulty and we needed a professional to look at it. John from Fire Safe Systems was able to come out quickly to check out the problem. He was professional and went to work immediately. They did the fire sprinkler system for our house and the few times that I have come across their staff - it has been pleasant, professional and straight forward.
We opted to go with black sprinkler heads on the top floor of our house and they look really nice.

Fire Safe was timely, professional, and thorough. I emailed them asking for a quote late at night when the fire system leak was diagnosed by a regular plumber. Mike the owner responded by 5:45am the next morning. By 8am, the office manager Oscar provided an hourly labor rate that was fair (and lower than many plumbers although this is a specialty repair) and said someone can be there that day. Augie one of their technicians showed up at 9:30am that morning.
