Mr. Berlinsky was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient in representing me before the Bankruptcy Court. I was expecting the process to take approximately 6 months to complete. However, the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy was discharged 103 days (3 months/2 weeks) after the filing. Hence, I highly recommend Mr. Berlinsky!

This was my first bankruptcy filing ever. I have to say, coming into this especially so young, I was nervous, I didn’t know what to do I didn’t even know where to start. I just knew that I was overwhelmed with living check by check and owing people money everywhere I turned. Given my circumstances although it was I who have put my self in this situation, when I stepped into Berlinsky’s office I felt no judgement from him or his team whatsoever. They were all very nice, very welcoming, and made me feel more comfortable with my decision. He explained, “hey, it happens, just learn from this

On few occasions I had to call him,my calls were answer immediately or if he's not in his office he would return my calls within reasonable timing... I would definitely recommend Attorney Berlinsky and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Mr. Berlinski was wonderful. He was professional and approachable throughout the entire process. Every email or phone call was promptly answered. With Mr. Berlinski, a very intimidating and emotional process, to me, became bearable. I felt he understood that, while this is a routine process for him, it was new and overwhelming to us. I would encourage anyone considering bankruptcy to visit Mr. Berlinski. He will explain your options, walk you through the process, and never make you feel as if you are "bad" or incompetent due to your situation.
