If I could give her zero Star I would. She's very unprofessional! My dad was there to order an arrangement for his anniversary. He works in construction and had just gotten off work. He wanted to get my mom something special. As he went inside the owner told him to go to Albertsons because it would be cheaper. She didn't even give him the opportunity to look around! I don't understand how a business owner can be so rude but I'll make sure to let as many people know how unprofessional she is!

We had placed an order for a large memorial service to be held today. Two floral arrangements and wreath. We started calling to see where they were 45 minutes before the memorial was to start. No answer to calls and no flowers. Imagine over 100 guests, dignitaries and 20 family members staring at two empty flower stands and an empty wreath stand in memory of their departed. When reached later in the day we were told "we forgot." I only will rate with 1 star because I cannot post a zero.

I placed an order on May 7th for a Daisy jar to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
When I called Tuesday, they couldn't find my order. Then proceeded to say no more daisies.
I was also charged 15.00 delivery fee and my mom who lives in Paris said their ad says free delivery.
A partial refund on the wrong flowers and a refund on the delivery would have been the business thing to do.
I hope they see this and honor my request. Order 32628

Ordered a beautiful plant online for over $100. Picture was so beautiful so I figured this was a no brainer!
From the delivery driver, who had such difficulty delivering, to the plant being delivered late plus how awful the plant looked! Such a disappointment and embarrassment! Even called to confirm would be there on time. Was assured it you'll be there not to worry.
I live 4 hours away or I would have gone in personally to complain. Called for over a week to complain and just got busy signal. Finally gave up.
Would not recommend what's so ever!

I was traveling for work and completely forgot to order a Mother's Day arrangement. I called as soon as I landed stateside on the Saturday before but they were already maxed out on deliveries for that day, so I was asked to call again Sunday morning (Mother's Day). This made me nervous because you can't get any more last minute than that but I did and I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name who took the order, but she was very nice, remembered me from the day before and was very helpful with my order. Only took a few minutes and my mom sent a pic of a beautiful arrangement

I was nervous ordering from here due to previous reviews. I called to order and Lisa was very friendly, she was upfront that arrangements can look different due to what flowers are in season but guaranteed that it would look great. She did ask what time flowers should be delivered and said that the morning would be best. Day of delivery the flowers did not arrive in the morning and I called her. She told me that someone was not going to deliver flowers until the afternoon, it was 3pm and still had not seen the flowers for delivered so I called again. Lisa let me know flowers were out on the route

I ordered flowers from another state so was a little nervous not being able to see the actual product and not really knowing anything about the business. This florist was HORRIBLE. My order was wrong and she was not apologetic for her mistake. Even after fixing the corsage and boutonniere they had both fallen apart after 30 mins of wearing them at prom. The lack of concern for her mistake and being rude and ungrateful for my business, gives this florist ZERO STARS. I understand mistakes happen, but the florist was rude and never even thanked me for the purchase. I'm in a different state and decided not to go with an online florist. I searched for a florist in the area of the funeral and this one had the best reviews. I called and spoke with Lisa and she was such a great help to me! I was able to go onto their website and choose the arrangement I wanted and she was able to give me more information. I'm very happy and confident the arrangement will be beautiful, even during this hard time.
