My mother hired Mr. Heekin for an eviction with her rental property. Hired him early this year (2021). Paid over 4,000.00. All that has been done is the initial paper work. The renters are still there! The courthouse told us the lawyer hasn't done anything since March 23rd and we can not doing anything until he releases himself from the case! I'm very disappointed for her to have paid a "professional" to do this and still take her money. Even his office staff told us to fire him and get our money back. Waiting to see if he (Mr. Heekin) will make it right and at least refund
