We remove the entire old roof down to the wood, including 2 tons of shingles and 14,000+ nails and properly dispose of them. Instead of using the standard paper underlayment we use the incredibly tough synthetic tarp underlayment. Ice and water shield, as specified by code, belongs in all the eaves and valleys of the roof.

Joe was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything, was thorough, and efficient. Joe was the only company that called me back after multiple calls to numerous contractors. Apparently not calling customers back is popular these days. Again, that was not Joe. He called me back within minutes of my request. He is a true example of great customer service, which appears to be lacking these days. He should be the first one everyone calls. I guarantee, you will not regret it. Work was done quickly and Pictures were provided of all the work done. Joe and spirit contractors are the best.

Spirit Contractors is an absolutely great company for roof repair. I had an urgent need and called the company they came out the same day and fixed my shingles even found some other shingles that were damaged and fixed them as well. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Spirit Contractors and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a roof repair.

With Michael & Joseph; I received a quick straight forward & Honest solution along with a verbal/written contract' exceeding all my expectations. When compared to other roofers' SPIRIT was the only one to offer to start the repair within a weeks time frame and plus under estimated costs !!!!! Plus peace of mind that the best materials are being used. For example ; the brand of shingles and three inch nails are used.
