Crowfields was carefully developed at the site of a former dairy farm by a team of contractors, architects, and landscape designers. Their goal was to create a condominium complex for empty-nesters and retirees. Their vision was to blend the finest aspects of mountain living with the rich cultural and educational opportunities the city of Asheville provides.

Kathleen has been wonderful to work with. She is professionable, personable, and very knowledgable. As an out of state owner trying to sell a property she provided a variety of great ideas and options for updating my 1970s townhouse. She had wonderful suggestions and coordinated all of the renovations for me. I am really happy with everything she did and how easy she made the month long process.

Crowfields is an excellent retirement age community in South Asheville.
The buildings are in small unit clusters, all ground level, bi-level and some three story. The grounds are outstanding, the pool is well maintained and there are lots of activities. Wildlife everywhere and a community garden site where you can grow your own tomatoes. The grounds crew are so on top of the weather, snow does not even settle before they come with their blowers
