Thomas of Sunshine Home Inspection was excellent to work with. He was professional and thorough, and very helpful. He walked me through the building inspection and explained everything we were seeing in detail, as well as explaining what I would need to be concerned about and why. His final report was quite indepth but easy to understand, and empowered me to make an informed choice about the building. I would definitely hire this company in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of a comprehensive inspection.

Can’t brag enough on how great our experience with Thomas was. Not only did he do a thorough inspection, but he took the time to explain everything he was looking at in terms that we could understand. The pricing is very fair. The process of buying our house was very stressful, so I am grateful for Thomas reducing so much of that stress.

Excellent company, Thomas was excellent. He is very personable and easy to listen to while being very thorough and methodical in his inspection process. When we purchased our home 6 years ago, we used a different home inspector and I was displeased with the job he did. We are getting ready to do some renovations and I wanted to make sure the previous inspector had not missed anything important, so I hired Thomas at Sunshine to perform an inspection. I was very happy with the job he did, particularly how he encourages homeowners to walk around with him during the entire inspection so the homeowner can really see and understand the issues he identifies. Thomas did a very thorough job on the inspection. I was a first time home buyer and he was very informative about the house as he went through it. He also made a very complete report including estimates for the repairs that was very useful in the whole process surrounding the building inspection. Tom, the owner and sole inspector, is absolutely incredible. I felt good from the start when his website invites you to join him during his inspection of the house. It shows that he is confident in his work and other inspectors that I've spoken with don't share the same enthusiasm to let other people join them. When it came time to do the actual inspection, he completely blew me out of the water. This was my first home purchase so I asked my dad (quite the handyman) to tag along with him. We both agreed the inspection was incredibly thorough and Tom left no stone unturned. Even several weeks later

Sunshine Home Inspection is great! Our inspector was very knowledgeable on structure. He could explain with great articulation the details and implications regarding the cracks and sloping floors in the home. He spent a half hour under the home looking at things and found everything I needed to know. I had an inspector spend 1 hour on my whole home in the past. In fact, after seeing what this company does, now I feel ripped off about past inspections. Sunshine is thorough! In the beginning I felt like they were a little expensive but after the inspection I feel like I got a great deal. This company
