Had an appointment at 9am no one came called at 930am and they answered and didn't even know i had a appointment finally 10 am they weren't on time or professional he left his apprentice here who has 0 electrician experience to run my dryer line then they used my old outlet for the dryer line and didn't even tell me about it till it was too late to reverse what he did so.he offered me a makeshift extension cord for the time being and charged me 50 for it so we declined the cord and he told me id be reimbursed for the 50 but no check ever came so when I called to inquire about it he was very rude

Excellent craftsmanship, responsive, timely, and fair are three ways to describe Derek from Dayton Electric. Derek has done a vast array of work on our home including installing a new generator and we could not be more pleased with his work. . I used this company to fix a pool light last year. Father and son did a poor job. The light became loose to the point of floating in the pool, said they'd come back but never showed up. This year when cover came off pool light was falling out of the pool wall and now accompanying it was a large rust stain on our brand new pool liner. They deserve ZERO stars but Yelp wouldn't let me do it - so they get one though they don't deserve it! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They took no pride in their work.
