I recently had a big truck lose a driveshaft about an hour north of Baltimore. I reached out to Adam with Baltimore Fleet and he surpassed all expectations that I had on getting that truck repaired! We have lost driveshafts in the past and it took days to get it repaired with other shops, and not to mention having the truck towed, hotels, transportation, driver downtime. Adam truly went above and beyond! Adam came to the vehicle, retrieved any salvageable parts, took them and had a new driveshaft made then returned and installed it. The truck was only down for a few hours! Adam saved us thousands

I broke my drive shaft, they took 6 bolts out,[had to heat four],,i took to out till they showed up,[that was ok ]1 services charge,,[120.00], took drive shaft to get repaired,, [another 120.00 pluss toll -total toll , 16.00 ]reinstall drive shaft,,8 bolts,,[1.25 hrs,,155.00 ] drive line repair,,931.60,, DID NOT SHOW THAT RECITE,,WHY SURE THEY ADDED SOMTHINS??,,,TOTAL LABOR CHARGE 4.25 HRS = 510.00 ,PLUS 2 SERVICES CALLS @ 120.00 WHY SHOULD BE ONLY ONE?? TOTAL LABOR ,,630.00 FOR TWO HRS LABOR AT BEST!!ALSO ADDED SALES TAX OF 5589,, WHY DO I HAVE A TAX #?? WHEN ASKED ADEM [OWNER ] SAID DONT WORRY

Thank goodness for Baltimore Fleet Service. I thought they only handled big truck fleets, but when my Ford Explorer was stuck dead on my driveway, Baltimore Fleet Service helped me out of a bad spot. I didn't have to pay a tow-bill, Baltimore Fleet Service came to my location and got my truck up and running. They let me know in advance that they were on the way, and completely took care of my problem. Adam also gave me some advice to keep my small truck running smoothly. The repair bill was very reasonable, and I could not be happier with their professionalism, customer service, and convenience

Baltimore Fleet Service is very efficient and affordable, with the fleet of trucks that I manage. They are very profesional and courteous and honest about the services they perform. I like the on-site moblie work that they do, it keeps me from getting rental trucks when one of my work trucks is down. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!! THANKS Baltimore Fleet now I can concentrate on other job related issues.
