This processor will be in charge of all aspects of your payroll from the imputing of hours, overseeing of report delivery, and 401K reporting.
We have been with professional payroll services for quite a few years now. I have had the pleasure of working with Collette and Gina who are Awesome! I appreciate the high level of customer service; they are friendly and always willing to help out. The reports are always clear, concise and have saved me many hours.
We have been a longtime customer of Professional Payroll Services and we are very happy. However, several years ago we were lured to switch to a bigger payroll service with a lot of extras that we thought our company needed. It was a nightmare! We only lasted for one quarter and then came back. If I call with a question, I get an answer right away.
