My dad and I popped in spontaneously and ended up buying a pair of hiking trail Asic shoes and an insert. We met Holly, the owner, and the selection was terrific and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I love stores like this.

I only buy shoes at Crowe's. I've bought hunting boots, mud boots, work boots, dress shoes, hiking shoes, dress and casual shoes from Crowe Boot & Shoe. I've never encountered any kind of problem. Holly and her team are customer-focused and the store is very bright and welcoming. Highly recommend!

It has been some time since I stopped in and saw Holly (the owner) and bought new boots. I needed safety toe boots for chainsaw work. Crowe boot and shoe had several choices and Holly made me feel comfortable while finding the right one for me. I tried a few and then Holly suggested a couple I was not considering. I have learned to listen to the experts when in doubt. Holly actually listened to my wants and needs and picked a perfect fit boot at a lower price than I was looking at. I ended up with a wonderful boot that has outperformed my expectations. Even in the cold Illinois winter I was comfortable
