I saw Michael Dieter & Soren Olson for a hip injury I reaggravated last winter. MRI showed a labral tear in my hip that they recommended cleaning up with a minor scope. For my first operation ever, I had a traumatizing experience.
To begin, I was given barely 48 hours for an estimated time of check-in that proceeded to be delayed multiple hours. By the time I was actually operated on it must have been 3-4 hours of waiting around with minimal communication. Post-procedure I was given minimal wound care directions, no prescription for my pain, and my driver was called hours too early for my pick

My husband's experience with the office staff was awful. They were completely lacking in compassion and plain rude. My husband's back surgery case was complicated by l&i and dr. Shuster offered to act as his primary physician until my husband could get in with a new dr. so he could continue getting the prescriptions he needed. The office staff billed the wrong insurance weekly, sometimes multiple times a week, despite repeated conversations with the same few office staff that just couldn't understand we had changed insurance. Then they would get rude and act like he did something wrong. They made

A year ago in August, Dr Shirzad operated on my foot. It took awhile to heal, but it was so worth it. I walk without pain for the 1st time in years. I wear regular shoes. It is totally amazing to me. I cannot thank him and the staff enough for a good experience there. I would highly recommend anyone to consider your surgeries here.

This office use to be fantastic.
I recently took my Mother here to see one of the providers at the downtown office and I could not believe the changes that have been made. There is no more 1:1 communication with your doctors staff, if you need to call the office be prepared for a 45-50 minute wait to get to your correct office. The ladies answering the phone seem to not be as happy as they once were. The gals I have previously talked to and were so helpful are no longer there. I had to talk with the office manager recently about some missing paper work and she stumbled her way around excuses as

Horrible experience. I saw the physician and was told they would call and talk with me which they never did. I ended up having to call them. I was then told they sent me a letter to let me know they could not do anything. I feel sending a letter is a horrible way to inform a patient something you could have had the common respect to call and talk with them. I would never recommend this facility to do anything and will tell everyone to avoid them at all cost.

I have seen many specialist at NWOP. I could not sing their praises enough.
I have always felt and been taken care of by every one I had came into contact with, like family.
Not just the surgeons, or specialis, but the entire staff. From administration to nurses, pain doctors, everyone.
Extremly professional, explained all thing throughly, never felt rushed.
All my concerns were addressed. And the follow up is amazing, after hip replacement the surgeon called me at home to check on me.
I highly recommend any and all .
What a caring ,cutting edge place.

Horrible experience. I broke my arm on a Saturday spent all day the following Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday calling repeatedly and leaving voicemails, without a response until Thursday. Saw the doctor the following Monday. 10 days post break. Said I need surgery... said it would be Friday, but they would call me and tell me when and where. No call. Called Tuesday Morning, scheduler then gave me attitude, because I said someone was supposed to call me and did not. Still no idea when or where my surgery is going to be. Looking like it will be 2 weeks post break...unheard of.....

Northwest orthopedic is the best run medical practice I have ever seen. And the people are so friendly and helpful. Very professional with a heart for their patients who they treat with respect and dignity. I love Dr Reichard who has stayed so positive with me. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for their rating!! You are simply the best!

Absolutely the very best experience possible. Discharged from Sacred Heart today (THEY were disappointing), but the treatment by the Doctor and his staff was exemplary. Professional, patient, respectful in both face-to-face and phone interactions and call-backs. Dr O was very helpful, honest to a fault and ensured I and my family were always informed and helped as appropriate. NO BS! As positive an experience as I believe could be, particularly in today's COVID, legalistic and tight-scheduled world. My deepest gratitude to every person on the team!
