Slushy Machine rental includes delivery to general area, two, 1 gallon slush syrup concentrate mixes. Each 1 gallon concentrate mix will make five gallons of slush mix.

We placed an order for tables and chairs for my mom's 60th birthday party. The delivery guys were nice and efficient but the tables and chairs were really damaged and filthy. Caps missing on chairs, big dents/gouges out of tables, tape all over the tables and covered in dirt. We had to go buy additional table coverings it was so gross.. I reached out to the company immediately with no response. VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service. I paid over 300 dollars for dirty and damaged goods. We will not use them again.

I used Michigan party rental twice within a 4 week period and all I can say is that they are a great company. Both times they came out they were prompt with the delivery/pickup and very friendly and courteous. Each time I rented from them it was within a weeks notice and they were still able to supply me with what I needed. I will definitely use Michigan party rentals in the future any time I need tables and chairs. Thank you befor being a great company!!!

We rented a bounce house/slide combo for my daughter's birthday on July 3rd. Ive never seen so many happy kids, it was great. The 2 guys that set it up were very professional and friendly, and were in and out in about 15 minutes for the set up and take down. I will definitely be using them again for her next birthday party!

So very pleased with the service we received. From the start to the end, it all went smoothly. Communications was consistent and clear. Very helpful, polite emails, phone calls and delivery guys. My rental came the day they said, the guys were awesome, friendly and happy, set up the tent in no time and left the tables/chairs and were on their way. Same with pick up. Was notified by text, phone call and email about the delivery/pick up status. I had an awesome experience with Michigan Party Rentals. They are very professional, punctual and great with communication. The rental I had was a waterslide with an additional slip-n-slide attached, all which was very clean and nicely set up and secured. It was a blast! I will most definitely order with them again! Terrible customer service. They are sure to get ahold of you to get paid. But they can't seem to answer when you need service. They literally left an 800 lb bounce house outside, rolled up, because they heard they couldn't set it up. Of course they didn't have this conversation with the person paying the bill. Within 5 minutes, they disappeared and didn't bother to call back until hours later. I would never recommend them again.
