We moved last summer from Akron, OH, into an older home in Churchill, PA. The home needed some repairs, and Giant replaced the AC, the furnace, the thermostat, the garbage disposal, and MOST OF ALL, when the cast-iron plumbing stack cracked and needed to be replaced from the second floor to the basement, Doug, Joe, Karen, and the rest of the team completed the job with such professionalism! We couldn't be HAPPIER with the relationship we've built with Giant. Giant's prices are very reasonable, and their work is exemplary. WE WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER SERVICE OTHER THAN GIANT!! We can't say enough

Doug, Will, Jimmy and Robby came to my rescue when my parents' home developed a sump pump problem. They diagnosed the problem and saved me thousands of dollars by replacing a motor and not the entire system. This team went on to install a new furnace and a/c system in my own home several years ago when my furnace developed a dangerous leak, and they come yearly for maintenance.
