I highly recommend for a fast and smooth bankruptcy.

I completed a review on what poor service I received. I failed to mention that the "attorney" acted as if he had no idea about what he was doing. I even asked him before going to court if this didn't work what would happen. He said " nothing would happen. We can try another chapter." That was not true!!

Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. I was at a point where I didn't know what I was going to do about my debt. I had 2 garnishments and was so discouraged, when I called and was given my options I started crying, I didn't think I could I could afford to file for debt consolidation, they made the process so understanding and anytime I call or email they are so nice and respond quickly

Excellent service. Filing bankruptcy is embarrassing but I never felt shamed or looked down on by the people at Clark and Washington. I always received respect from the receptionist, administrative assistant, paralegals and attorneys. Highly professional, empathetic and prompt in answering any questions.

They are very helpful and they explain everything is terms anyone can understand. They spend quality time with you. If you have questions after you leave the office, you can can call the office and they will answer any of your questions. GREAT COMPANY!!

Filing bankruptcy was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. I was in so much debt after paying for my mother’s funeral that I did not see a way out. Very thorough, very responsive, answer every question, available via phone email and text. Price very good for service. Never had to wonder about things I had to do or what they were doing. Awesome experience so far.

I wouldn't give them a one star but had to choose. First off I had to do all the work and pay $1,400 , second they didn't file fast enough and had a garnishment taken out- it took them FOREVER for me to get that money back once I got it back it wasn't even cashable and had to take it back and they told me that it would take a week or so. Here it is two weeks and I have yet to receive my money!!!! I'm getting so fraustrated that I literally could go TF off. I stopped trying to communicate with my Lawyer bc she was extremely rude to me the last message I got from her!!! Stay away from this Law Office

Bankruptcy is definitely a hard thing to go through but the staff made things easy and were patient throughout the process. Things were not as smooth as could have been due to Covid but considering I did everything through email and conference calls, things still went relatively smoothly and I never felt stressed while dealing with them or the process, well no more stress than is expected going through this process
