Services
Estate Planning is one of the most personal, most essential services an attorney can offer a client. In helping a client plan for the future we identify goals that drive any other legal services the client may need, including family law, real estate transactions, and legal services for a family business.
Krupp & Krupp, LLP was established in 1968 by twin brothers Tom and Bob Krupp. Within a short time, they established a reputation for providing superior legal services in the areas of estate planning, business planning, and real estate. In 2000 Tom's son, Jamie Krupp, joined Krupp & Krupp and soon added elder law to the firm's practice areas.
The high cost of long-term care has made planning a critically important issue for most middle class seniors and their families. In fact, most seniors will likely require some form of long-term care. Sadly, many of them are unprepared for the significant financial burdens it places on their family's hard earned savings.
Both Trust Administration and Probate are legal processes for gathering and assessing the value of the decedent's assets, paying debts and taxes, and distributing assets to the rightful beneficiaries. In Trust Administration these acts are performed by the Successor Trustee, and in a Probate they are performed by a court appointed Executor or Administrator.
For some members of our society, legal protection may be necessary even after they have entered adulthood. These individuals may have been injured in an accident, continue to suffer from an incapacitating physical illness or psychological disorder, or have some other condition that prevents them from caring for themselves.
