Chuck and his crew are great guys. My pool was closed incorrectly
last year and with the snow we had this year caused my automatic pool covert have a lot of water on it and the coping to come loose and the
tiles fell off. I called chuck after i got several estimates that were
extremely high and did not want to spend that much money for the pool
I called =chuck and left message on sunday evening at 500 pm .
he called me back about 1 hr later. i was shocked that he called
me back on sunday evening. He was so easy to talk to and new exactly
what my problem was and even came out the next day.

I had Trapani Pool Restoration repair my 25 year old gunite pool which had missing tiles (a lot of missing tiles) and the plaster was discolored and missing in some area's. Charlie's crew did an AMAZING job making the pool look new again. I hope I don't need repairs for another 25 years but when I do I'll be calling Trapani.

I had my pool re-plastered by this company. The finished surface was uneven and a year later there were a lot of rough spots when I opened the pool for the season. When I refilled the pool, I followed Trapani's instructions on how to refill the pool, and I even have paper work on the water testing report that was done to show that I followed the instructions with the correct chemicals. I have been taking care of the pool for 25 years before I had Trapani refinish the pool. Trapani did not comply with making any repairs to the faulty work that they had done.
