We always believed that if you do as you say and say as you do it makes life and contracting a lot easier. If we always tell the truth, then, there's nothing to remember. If we can make a new satisfied customer, then, maybe they'll call us again or recommend us to a friend! If we fail I'm sure they'll tell ten!
