It may not be the quickest form of communication. If you are in need of an immediate response, please do not hesitate to call us and check the status.
We understand the importance of your vehicle. We promise to minimize your vehicles downtime, and get your vehicle returned in a timely fashipn. Please keep in mind that your vehicle repair status sometimes depends on how quickly the parts our received. We also have access to additional services such as: Mechanical repair pertaining to the accident, paint less dent removal (PDR), towing, glass repair, and alignments.
We produce a wide variety of vinyl graphics for cars, vans, trucks, buildings, and flat surfaces. No job is too big or too small. The sign business has recently become a highly demanded industry in Columbus. We enjoy creating, recreating, or duplicating, all different images and print. Whether you need a new original design, or your old design needs renewed, we guarantee a positive experience.
Please protect yourself in case of an accident by electing insurance. We do NOT require you to elect for insurance if you are moving as an individual, but it is very risky not to have it. We do require a certificate of liability (to be taken care before the day of your reservation) if you are a business, and plan on waiving our insurance coverage.
Paint is a crucial part of the repair process. We guarantee a 100% perfect color match every time. We use only the best DuPont Primers and Paint and the most advanced color matching software available. The disassemble process provides a better inspection of parts that may have been damaged but are not visible on the preliminary estimate.

Someone backed into my car hard enough to knock some plating loose, big chunk just dragging on the road. Called my mechanic and they recommended Gorman's. Gorman's ordered the parts needed to fix it, and clipped the peices up off the road for free in the meantime while we wait for the parts to arrive. Fast and friendly service. Helped me out quickly and efficiently with a good price. Best bodyshop I've been to in Columbus, will definitely be coming back next time I have an issue.

Dave is THE BESSSSTTTT!!!!
Took my truck in just to get an opinion about my bed.
Dave showed me bigger issues on myframe and cautioned me to not drive on the highway and then recommended Ferris frame restoration who is also amazing and fixed my frame and also told me, do not drive on the highway.
My point is this ladies and gents, Dave did NOT have to come out and go out of his way to inspect my frame.
He also gave me a guy who has new beds and Gormans will be installing it and painting it.
This kind of PERSONAL Customer Service is what the world still needs.

Outstanding service! My van was scraped by a sweet older lady. I was trying my best to avoid claiming it on her insurance so I called Gormans. They offered to buff out what they can for free and give me a hassle free quote on any repairs. Turns out 99% of it was buffed out and the only damage was a few chips on the bumper. Gormans saved me and the sweet lady who had a mishap from a possible major headache. Highly recommended!

I hired Gorman's Body Shop to perform repair work on my brand new 2020 Subaru Legacy. I was rear-ended three weeks after purchasing the new car, so I wanted to try to get it back to its original condition. Gorman's had come highly recommended. I have referred many people there for other services, but this was my first opportunity to use their auto body service.
I can tell you the high praise deserved. David and his team did a fantastic job of restoring my car. There is no way you can tell it was in an accident. The work and attention to detail are just top-notch. David was terrific in assisting

Gorman’s Body Shop did awesome work on my vehicle!!! All of the staff that I encountered were very nice & friendly, especially David and his daughter, Danielle. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process! They handled everything with my insurance company and even with Enterprise for the car rental. I am very pleased with their work and how everything was handled. They have my business from now on & I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Great team here who are all super nice and saved me a ton of money. How? By being honest. I took my son's Mustang in because the plastic piece under the front bumper had been partially torn off when he accidentally went over a large rock that he didn't see when parking in slightly tall grass. I thought for sure the entire front bumper would need replacing and it would have been very easy for Gorman's to tell me that's exactly what it needed and I would have been none the wiser. Instead they told me they could put the plastic piece securely back in place without having to replace the bumper itself

I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of everybody that worked there. They thoroughly explained how the repairs would be fixed through my car insurance (because of a car accident) and answered all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable about the whole process.
