DPC is an innovative model of healthcare delivery. Our clinic does not accept any insurance. The doctor has an arrangement directly with the patient to supply primary care services for an affordable monthly membership fee. We strive to handle most medical issues in the office, including minor procedures, while minimizing specialist referrals.

Patients also get significant savings on medications, labs and imaging. This might sound too good to be true, but there are over 1200 DPC practices operating successfully across the country. Our priority is putting our patients first. We believe that insurance companies and healthcare administrators interfere with the patient-doctor relationship, undervalue quality of care, and increase costs.
Services
We treat and educate patients regarding conditions including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, A-fib, diabetes, thyroid disease, arthritis, anemia, anticoagulation therapy, depression, anxiety, asthma, COPD, GERD, migraines and many more. Same day appointments for urgent issues. Also available nights and weekends.
Direct Primary care makes it more affordable for employers to provide high quality healthcare to their employees. We work with businesses of all sizes from small businesses, companies pairing DPC with high deductible insurance policies, to large self-funded corporations. Businesses enrolling 5 or more members in Direct Primary care will get discounts on the monthly membership.
Employer -based health insurance plan - if you have the opportunity to chose a Higher deductible insurance option, this is preferable. Also, if your employer provides an HSA (Healthcare savings account) you can use these funds towards a Direct Primary Care membership. If you work for a small or medium-sized company, you might consider asking your employer to offer DPC as an option to employees.

I have been going to Dr. Adam Balin for about a year now. He has been amazing! My kids love him, and he has done several small procedures (mole removals) for me. NOT only has he been a wonderful overall physician, but he has really made a huge improvement in my knee and hip pain (and as a result plantar fasciitis) using Prolo-therapy. Prolo may sound like a witch doctor idea, but if injecting sucrose into my joint makes it work better, I am all in. After three rounds my knee and hip are nearly back to normal, and 2 doses on my foot I am about 80% back. HIGHLY recommend Advocate MD. The direct primary
