Had an awesome customer service experience here. I needed a specialty product they did not have in stock and I needed it "yesterday." Robbie jumped through some hoops over the course of a couple of phone calls to get this order in with one of their distributors and he arranged for same day pick up with the distributor. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here in Alachua lumber. My visit was archery related and the gentlemen that were working archery were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out of that store with a bow that was 100% tuned to me. And I would strain to say they even provided me with free shooting lessons as I learned a lot from these gentlemen and I really appreciated the time and effort that they put in to my purchase and the knowledge that they so willingly shared with me.
