Drew is a graduate of Franklinton High School where he was honored with the Top Drafting Award. He received an Associates Degree in Science with a concentration in Drafting & Design from Pearl River Community College. There is he also received an award for Top Drafting. Drew completed his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Land Surveying from the University of Wyoming.
He is now an accomplished and professional licensed land surveyor with the culmination of his training and education. Land Surveying and CAD Design has always been a passion for Drew. His ultimate goal is to be a public servant, produce high quality land surveying at affordable prices, and with exceptional services satisfy his customers.

Services
A Subdivision Survey is commonly refereed to as subdivision platting. This process includes a splitting of the land tract into smaller packages. The subdivision ordinance provides appropriate standards for the designation of both residential and commercial lots, roadways, parks, drainage, and easements for utilities.
Prior to construction activities thorough planning must be carried out. Throughout the construction process a surveyor will assist when necessary. The construction surveyor is critical to the proper completion of the project. Reference points are established and monitored during the project by the surveyor.
An ALTA Survey is made for the Title Company and/or Lender. It is used for the issuing of the title or mortgage insurance. ALTA stands for American Land Title Association. The survey map is drawn to their specifications. A completed "Table A" is provided by the client and is a checklist of required information of the survey work.

I only have good things to say about our surveyor, Drew. He was very helpful and patient in the beginning when I was trying to choose a surveyor. He also had the best price by FAR than the other 2 or 3 surveyors that I called. I purchased a builder's package from him and he was always quick to get the surveys done and communicated everything with me. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends needing a survey done, big or small! Thank you Drew!

I worked next to Drew for a lot of years surveying in the field and many times I wanted to leave a job as soon as we pulled up. But regardless of how hot it was, how big or grown up the property was, how little control we could find, we never encountered a job that got the best of Drew.
He does it all and does it with an upbeat and positive attitude. I can assure you that your experience with him will be a pleasant one and you'll be sure to come away impressed. He's a fairly young guy, but he's been doing this a long time.

Incredible company! BellCo Surveying saved me over $100,000. I know that's very difficult to believe. I was trying to build a commercial building on my property last year. I say trying because the parish told me based on the survey done two years prior to me purchasing the property and the address, my building needed to be 11' off the ground. Needless to say, this more than tripled the cost of the building and really put me in a bad spot. I decided to call BellCo on a good friends referral.
