The building is a distinctive venue which is available for rent for an hourly fee. In pandemic-free times, the space holds up to 100 guests. Poetry Night takes place on the third Tuesday of every Month at 7:30 PM. Mask up if you are not vaccinated, or if you prefer to mask at a gathering. Free karaoke, photo booth, plus a food truck and adult beverages available!

Attended a wedding for a family member here. The venue was nice on the inside . There was one person running the place. The disappointment for this venue is the exterior of the building. It needs maintenance badly on the grounds. Grass was at least 6-8 inches high. The huge walnut trees there were dropping walnuts everywhere and there were also fallen apples everywhere. I understand that you cannot control the walnuts falling but they should be picked up to avoid tripping hazards. It looked someone had there camper parked there and was living in it. . It was challenging for the photographer to

Kim with The Cottage Events Venue has been such a blessing to work with! I'll update again after our wedding but I don't foresee anything changing.
Her prices are great for what you get. She's relieved a lot of stress with my upcoming wedding with her flexibility and availability. It's such a unique place, and the ability to rent linens and include the use of serving/plateware has really made this venue a must have for folks who don't want to have to juggle a large amount of different vendors/rental companies.
