Solid reviews led us to Midwest Wraps, and after meeting with a gentleman (forget his name unfortunately), came away happy with our decision and excited to see their ideas in ~3 days. Meeting with him in person was definitely a positive experience.
Unfortunately that’s the end of the positive experience. We never heard from Midwest Wraps proactively again, although we did call back twice to politely request an update. Each time we were offered a reasonable explanation (short staff and “busy”), but eventually we simply let it go and moved on to other alternatives.

Terrible customer service. Talked over the phone and was told they would email me a quote. A week later I never received it and the email I was given didn't work. I called a second time and he apologized re-confirmed my email and his. Still no quote from them. If they try so little to get your business, I cant imagine them trying very hard to keep it. Taking my business where it's wanted.

Travis and his crew our the best. We have a large fleet of trucks that are 24' and 26' long. Travis has done everything that he promised in less time than expected. We have used other companies in the past and Midwest Wraps quality of work and material exceed the competition. Please do yourself a favor and contact Midwest Wraps. They do signs, banners and wraps of all sizes.
