Services
Home Run has been serving clients all across the Greater Cincinnati region for decades. Started in the 1920s with only two trucks and eight trailers by Henry Hank Harlow, our company has, from the beginning, been committed to providing superior transportation logistics. Henry's goal was to give home builders this service, which is where the name "Home Run" came from.
While the world of trucking may not be known as the greenest industry in the world, we here at Home Run are committed to reversing this stereotype by minimizing the environmental impact of the work we do. Over time, technology has improved with engines and logistical tools that bring unprecedented efficiency to the field.
Home Run of Xenia, OH, has been in the transportation industry since the 1920s and continues to deliver our customers products on-time, known as a reliable carrier providing dedicated and flatbed services. One of our mission statements is to employ people committed to excellence and that is why we are seeking professional drivers to join our team.
Becoming a driver for Home Run could be one of the best decisions you make for your career. With our generous pay scale and benefits, you could be enjoying the freedoms of the open road while making great money in the process. Here are the basic qualifications required to be considered for a truck driver job at Home Run.
Truck driving is a career that suits so many personalities. Independent people who prefer the solitary freedom of the open road to the restrictive environment of an office packed with cubicles are perfect candidates for this career. On top of the unique benefits of the job itself, all the drivers hired by our team at Home Run will be well compensated, both financially and with benefits.

One of the truck drivers is driving very wreck less going south bound on I-85 in South Carolina so much construction and it’s raining hard right now. The truck driver has Heiney on his back window so watch out for this wreck less driver. I should call the police on this driver. Next time I will if the company don’t want to handle it

A fantastic company to drive for. The pay is great (minimum pay guarantee of $1000 weekly starting your first day of training), I'm home every weekend for nearly 48 hours, and you just simply can't find better dispatchers....it's not possible, they are top of the line.
The only downside is that the fleet and equipment is older. Though the company shop does a pretty good job maintaining them and promptly fixing any issues.

My son has driven for Home Run for 5 years this company has gone above and beyond for him in every way. They have treated him like family. I myself have just completed my CDL and I wouldn't think about working anywhere else. Home Run is definitely a family oriented Run Company. Im so excited to be apart of this team.

This company will black ball you to every other trucking companies making it hard to find another job. Fiancé was let go after incident that was not his fault. They told him he was a good driver and would help him out... but when a new company called to verify employment, they told them not to hire him... BS!
