The Health Records Online patient portal is your personal view into the electronic medical record that your healthcare providers use to manage and document your care. There are many signs that you may be dealing with allergies. These signs can include sneezing, red and swollen itchy eyes, nasal congestion, wheezing, hives (presented as red, raised patches on the skin) and rashes. Allergies are the body overreacting to a harmless substance, also known as an allergen.
It is important to determine the extent of damage to the body tissue in order to classify a minor burn from a serious burn. The classifications of first-degree, second-degree, and third-degree burns will help provide direction towards emergency care. A first-degree burn impacts only the outer layer of skin and is the least serious.
Sore throat symptoms vary depending on the cause, but may include throat pain, fever and chills, as well as general discomfort. Other sore throat signs and symptoms may include: pain or a scratchy sensation in the throat which gets worse with talking or swallowing, dry throat, difficulty swallowing, swollen and sore glands in your jaw or neck as well as red swollen tonsils.
A urinary tract infection (UTI) happens when any part of your urinary system becomes infected. This includes the kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Urinary tract infections usually occur when bacteria enter the urine or urinary tract through the urethra and begin to multiply inside the bladder.

Not sure if they have new ownership since I left my last review. But this place is horrible, starting from the Hispanic Lady in the front desk. Yes I understand that times are difficult right now but no need to put salt on our wound, no need to be rude and dismissive. I saw her interact with 4 adults and she was rude to every single one of them including myself. Also, if walking into this clinic be prepared to wait at least 3 hours. Never again!

Long waits with post Christmas Covid surge but they were communicative about the expectations (hours). They are upfront about the pricing if you don't have insurance. Even staff was under a heavy workload they remained pleasant and informative. I have Primary Care but whenever that's not an option this will be my 1st choice.

I was so disappointed with this facility. I was in a room for 1.5 hours. The Physician Assistant could not have been less helpful. I wouldn’t go back there again and recommend you don’t waste your time either.

I have been to this location before and I have never had such a bad experience as I did today. Physician Henya Ring PA was the doctor/physician that took care of me. And she was the most rudest, heartless, indifferent, insensitive, cold physician I’ve ever encounter.! Omg ask who’s working before you waste your time and money to go in to this facility, what a bad experience 😞

Totally ridiculous! I've been coming here for years and always praised this place. They went downhill big time! I've been waiting two hours and still haven't seen the attending physician. And there noone even here. They definitely need to work on pt management.

Took my daughter last week to get a Covid test, this location refuses to go through insurance. Because she was symptomatic, they said she would also need a visit. Total cost: $175. They left us in the room for 2 hours, she was barely examined-only took temp and weighed her. I work in Healthcare and think this is shameful, to take advantage of people financially during a time of crisis/need. The lady at the front desk is notorious for leaving callers on hold for 15 plus minutes, my daughter and I both remained on hold before just deciding to just show up.
That was my first and last visit.

Awful ! Stay away !
The practitioner on duty today was rude and has no compassion unless you have Covid.
I was first in line and last to be seen . I walked out after she patronized me. She treated a patient with an infected finger before me and
that patient came in 20 minutes after me.
Absolutely disgusting treatment.

I've only been here once back in January 2020, I was extremely sick and was diagnosed with bronchitis, I have to say that I was treated very well by the receptionist and the meds I was prescribed did the trick a week later I was back at work feeling good again. I don't remember the name of the person who treated me all I know is that it was a very nice lady, to whom I am very grateful to for making me feel better. They accepted what my insurance company paid and my copay was about the same as other urgent cares that I've been to so no complaints in that department either.

I don't usually take time to write good reviews, but I was bothered by the not so good reviews I was reading about this office. I'm not in any way affiliated with this office, but I've been here on 4 different occasions in the last couple years, and have had a pleasant experience every time. I've never had to wait; I'm in a room within 5 - 10 minutes, and am given what I consider appropriate medication every time. The complaints about prices are curious to me, as one's insurance policy usually dictates your price. They call it in to your pharmacy, or you can buy it from them. I'm very happy with

I took my elderly mother there on a Saturday afternoon. The office and treatment rooms seemed clean and well-kept, and the staff were professional and courteous,
They accepted her insurance and the prices for various treatments that were posted in the waiting room did not seem excessive.
(For the record, the administrative person we dealt with was named Denise, and the attending physician was Frances Rodriguez. Both were attentive, polite, did not rush us, and communicated clearly.)
