Came back after purchasing the wrong size blades for my Walker Wanted to swap for correct ones The lady was extremely rude! Stood there and argued with me about the part number (and she was wrong!) Marked my book all up trying to prove her point (and she was WRONG!) And charged me twice as much as Blades in Simpsonville. Then charged me a 10% restocking fee to return the two blades GEEZ! Never again!!

Keith and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When buying a new chain saw they quickly steered me to the right choice. Understanding my concern of not wanting a heavy Stihl saw (because of back issues). They checked everything and ran it before I left. Later, I was able to cut a medium tree up...comfortably for 6 hours on and off. The power was great and lighter weight was really nice.

I brought my toro mower from homedepot and they paid this dealer to inspect and prepare for delivery .Well i got my mower on Friday and tires was low,rt tire was flat,and the deck is not level. An when i talked 2 employee's there before it was delivered they both said the mower was checked and the deck doesn't need leveling will the pictures don't lie.I just wish Honesty was worth something these days.
