Stopped by this morning for a smoothie and it was great, less than $7 and super fast. It was a meal replacement shake made with a base selected by me, chocolate, and energy boost. Went in to get some creatine yesterday and Tyler was super friendly and knowledgeable about supplements, even hooked me up with samples and a shake.

I tried their post workout shake, the regular whey has artificial sweeteners and flavors, I'm allergic. However, the vegan formula while it was pretty chalky, was not half bad! I kind of enjoyed it for someone who has to be on a liquid high protein diet. I haven't tried their other products, so I dont want to write a bad review. It's definitely worth giving a shot! You might really love it here ☺️

Been shopping here for a few years now never had a problem until I switched proteins that was recommended by somebody in the store. Tried to return it 2 hours later and they would not accept the return. I Lost $50 on something I didn't even like because they recommended it told me. they said that someone will get back to me. Still waiting on that call. Good thing I didn't hold my breath. I will never shop here again.

One of my all time favorite destinations after working out. The excellent staff are nothing less than exceptional in their knowledge of their products. All of them, the owner included, are very sympathetic to the novice consumer and extremely supportive of those who articulate a goal towards better health! Please make a of stopping in to verify my review, I don't think you'll disagree!

We came across this shop by searching for smoothie locations nearby. The staff on hand were friendly and willing to spend a great deal of time answering questions. The smoothies are more geared towards people who have fitness goals in mind with a wide range of macro options and an added bonus of taking into account the micros. The smoothie that I got was good in flavor and ideal for a late night snack to keep the hunger away (perhaps a good replacement for a casein shake). There was no chalky taste, no artificial taste.
