We had car trouble 65 miles from Boise. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere. He towed our car, gave all 3 of us a ride and even dropped us off at the airport to get a rental car after dropping our car at the dealership. Thanks for saving the day!

My vehicle has broken down blocks away from home and they dispatched a driver on the fly for roadside assistance. Arrived well on-time before the ETA. Very friendly, awesome to talk to, and helpful for a newcomer to the world of vehicular breakdowns. Would definitely call again for future shenanigans. Keep up the awesome work :)

When the car had mechanical trouble returning home from vacation on the highway outside of Mountain Home his service was awesome! He was patient as we worked on figuring out insurance coverage, what city we wanted him to tow to and the address we needed it towed towed to. He answered promptly to calls even called back to see where we were in the process and if we still needed him. He was very friendly and professional and took good care of our car and us. Would recommend him again in a heartbeat.

These guys are AWESOME! I really mean it. My Van broke down in a remote area on a service road. The folks at Shorty's worked continuously to help me manage the logistics and the insurance coverage to get the van back into Boise to be repaired. They answered their phone, were proactive and such a pleasure to work with. They also had an excellent rig, If you need towing, make sure you call these guys. You won't regret it. Jonathon

Shorty's was appointed to us by our insurance company when we suffered a car failure in Mountain Home on our way back to Olympia, WA.
The truck was very nice- warm cushy seats, looked very modern and state of the art! The driver was very helpful in finding us a place to stay for the evening, he drove us, our stuff, car, and dogs there and helped us carry our stuff to the room.
He took our car himself to drop off at Hawley's, and when he couldn't find a key deposit box- brought the key back to us at the motel.
