Motion Shading will do you right. Top-notch professionals who go out of their way to be helpful. I've got an older system, but they respect that I want to get the maximum use out of this system and be as cost-efficient as possible. We just had solar shades installed in our high rise condo by Motion Shading and could not be happier. Our experience from the first visit to showroom through the install was great. They assisted very patiently with making decisions on configuration, motorizations, fabrics and valance choices. Once those decisions were made, it was very seamless and the install team was just fantastic. Every communication with sales and install was courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Motion Shading installed 3 large roller shades for our living room and bedroom and we could not be happier! I used Motion Shading to buy Shades for several Rooms in my home (bedrooms & office).
I had 2x requirements: full darkness & automation support.
The design we came up with was the Lutron Rolling Shades with Side Channels.
Consultation/Design went great in the ShowRoom.
Measurements process went very smoothly, scheduled Appointments with Call-ahead.
Ordering Process was very easy, and shades even arrived ahead of schedule.
Installation for 3 Rooms took only 1 afternoon.

We had our shades installed back in March 2018. The sales process was exceptional. We gave Synergy a budget and specs of what features we wanted out of the system. We purchased a set of three shades from Motion Shading and couldn't be happier with the entire process. They were easy to deal with, made our choices easy to understand, came out twice to measure (the sales rep and then the installer), and kept us updated on when our order would be ready. I can highly recommend Motion Shading by Synergy Multimedia. We recently purchased a new, modern townhouse with many very tall windows. We wanted to avoid living in a fishbowl but also wanted to let the light in and to be able to see the trees. Matt and his team were extremely responsive to our needs and helped us find shades that would work for our needs. They look and perform great. The automation is extremely helpful. I have used this company for two separate installations of electric blinds for my windows. I was very impressed and satisfied not only with the product but mostly the customer service and professionalism. When making such a large purchase for a home you want to feel confident about the people you are working with, and everyone from the owner to the installers were very professional. I bought some motorized window shades that had the ability to work with my home network. These would open from both the top and bottom, work on a schedule, and could be controlled by an app on my phone. The shades were quiet, blocked all light and worked perfectly - worth every penny.

Steve, the owner, and his crew, Jud and Brandon, are incredibly knowledgeable about their products; Jud and Brandon did a fabulous job with the installation and the programming. They are efficient, very friendly and trustworthy and do beautiful work. When we had a small issue, they immediately came and fixed it. Great company and great people.
