Nikki Nails

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my request to fix a different nail shop's very poor job. I will be returning to Nikki's Nails for my refill. They have earned a new customer 🙂

They didn't clean my feet the proper way and with me asking them to do it again they wouldn't do them and tried to make me pay again to get the extra stuff off my feet. I will not be coming here again. They rush and they don't care about they customers at all !!!!!

Critical: Professionalism
I payed $143 just to be ignored and talked about amongst employees. When I politely ask for changes such as the lumps in my nails or the crooked nails I got a "Okay" and it was never resolved my crystals came off in some areas and my paint job wasn't up to part. So never again.

After doing my own nails for a while I started going back to the shops since it takes me too long. So I hadn’t been here in a while but really needed to get a fill today. It’s so bad that I didn’t even know the shop had done any renovations. Remembering that I just used to go to Angie once upon a time for my acrylics and she would get me in and out super fast, I called at 915am to see if Angie was available. After asking how far away I was she assured me she would be able to take care of me right before her 10 o’clock appt. I kid you not, this lady was done in like 25 mins. Would have been

Careless and don't even think that an appointment means anything.

Came in for a new set ( the old nails was just overlay) they started soaking my existing acrylic off (which is never the way they have done this) put me in the back row and have been sitting here now for 30 minutes. I removed my own acrylic other wise my fingers would still be lopsoaking in acetone. Not one person has come to check on me. NOT ONE!!!!

It's sad when you know the owner is not here to make sure the place runs smoothly.

I love this nail salon. The atmosphere is always pleasant. Nikki allows her customers to make appointments as well. Yes, they do take walk-ins, usually there's never a long wait because they have enough staff available. Love it!

Very rude never know how to do any simple design and every since they remodeled prices went up for the simplest service .... the whole time talking in Chinese and laughing.... then had the nerve to say I'm too complicated.. after I waited on a tech to come back from Walmart they still sat me in a chair with someone else

I use to like this place until they got very disrespectful. Lisa did my nails and was very rough and didn't care about hurting me while taking off my nails. She finished and nail broke the next day. I told nikki and she said okay they'll fix it, I said no charge right she said no charge. Tim fixed my nail and say it's 4 dollars and I said no nikki said I didn't have to pay again. Nikki act oblivious like she didn't remember that she told me no charge. I didn't pay they started speaking in their language which is rude, then asked me who did my nails before I said Lisa. She said okay and I left.Then

My nails came off 6days later. I think Nikki husband did my nails. The nails ripped my nail bed off and I didn't hit them! I paid over !200 dollars for my nails and now I can't even get my nails done for 2 months!

I went in for a fill in after for the second time to get a fill in on my Acrylic set. I noticed there was a spot on one nail and I was told it was fungus and I asked the nail tech what should I do? She continued to fill my nails and and told me not to worry! 10 days later I had a second nail growing fungus! I called to inform them of my situation and to ask why was my nails growing fungus. She told me it was my fault for not knowing that my nails were to be taken off. I informed the owner that I asked for instructions and was told not to worry. I’m very unset with the lack of concern and accountability

My nails turned out UGLY and I could just cry I'm so upset! The nail tech clipped me twice! The 3rd time he tried clipping my nails I asked for the clippers to do it myself! He was very rough and was rushing to get to the next person. My nails are supposed to be coffin shaped which of course they're not! He didn't even completely cover my nails in polish. This was my first time not tipping! Never going back again!

This was my first visit. I walked in several minutes before they closed (on a Friday) for a color change on my toes. The staff was very nice and I was more pleased than I have been in a while at any nail shop.

I had gotten my toes done somewhere else the same day before coming here, but they used regular when I asked for gel. So I came to this salon to get the gel that I wanted, they repainted in gel and they look fine. However, they are a bit pricey. $23 just to get my toes repainted, and only took them 10 minutes max to do everything. Decent quality, but there are cheaper places for the same services so will not be revisiting.

Yori is amazing!! I love her creativity! All of the ladies there are great! Clean, courteous, efficient and quick. This is now my go to place!

Waited over an hour and a half for my nails, every time I walked in "10 min" or "15 min" give me REAL TIME so I can know to come back if needed! Then when I questioned if I was next after waiting, and said I understood they were busy, she said no then pointed to another customer that had an appointment. The lady that had the appointment decided to leave. When I finally sat down to get my nails done I felt like they were discussing me, all because I inquired about waiting so long. Then I think her name is ANGIE did my nails so thin they broke within DAYS, & I tipped her

Bad customer service me and my husband experienced first day they open because of Covid just because we decided to do split payment doesn't mean we don't have any money after driving over 30 minutes we will not returning.

I am so happy that I started going here. They are clean and have good sanitation practices. They sanitize their implements. They do not use the same nail files, foot files and buffer blocks on the same person.
Update: After going a few more times I noticed that they do not properly sanitize their cuticle nippers, toenail clippers, and cuticle pushing. They just put them under running water and put them in packages to make them look sanitized. I was about to get a pedicure and the nail tech opened the package and took the them out and there were old toenail clipping on the plate and in on the implements

This nail shop is amazingggg! I've been coming here for 2 years and I never had a bad experience. My wait is usually only 5 minutes when I first walk in, I highly recommend this nail shop if you live in the north county area!!

They did an okay job and was decently priced. But the whole place needs a good deep clean. Also, I was pretty grossed out that they have everyone dip their feet in the same tub of paraffin wax.

Still rolling with a 4 for this place. I like the face lift and that now the pedi bowls are covered with a plastic that is changed for every customer. Nice

I am only giving this place one star because there isn't a zero. I came and got powder gel nails which is more expensive. On day 4 my nails started coming up, one completely came off. This product should last 3 weeks at least. I Came back to get it fixed and waited over an hour. They use cheap products and have poor customer service. Not recommended at all!!!!

I tried to give Nikki's Nails another chance, but I won't be back. There are too many nail salons in this area for customers to tolerate poor customer service.

There is always a long wait, even when you're the only customer in the waiting room. Staff is not friendly, and they don't even offer you a bottle of water, while other nail salons offer glasses of wine. I won't return to Niki's Nails. I would rather drive farther for better service.

Nikki nails has a nice atmosphere for relaxation! If you are one for gel polish, the colors are limitless! I enjoy going to get my nails done here with only one bad experience. I went to a lady who wouldn't even tell me her name! I decided to give them another try! I always go to TIM now!!He's quick and he gets the job done!

Had the ABSOLUTE worst nail experience in my life. I have been getting my nails done for 18 years now. I went to this hell hole based on 5 Star Yelp reviews. I got my standard French Manicure & Pedicure... My French Manicure did NOT last even last 6 hours and all I did was eat. I went back the next morning and the owner would NOT fix her employees error. Also BEWARE the prices listed on the menu on their desk was NOT the price I was asked to pay. They acted like they didn't understand me like it was a language barrier issue. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

One star for my technician; she was great. However, the place was filthy. There are stains in the carpet and the place smells like fish and stale cigarettes. Nevertheless , the place had good Yelp reviews so I persevered. My mistake. An hour after I received my pedicure, the Polish rubbed off on my fingers when I test it to see if it was dry. It wasn't a sticky like not dry type of thing it was rubbed off like it was chalk on my fingers. I know why, it's because they thin their polish, which is not a cool thing to do.

My advice stay away. There seems to be plenty of other nail places

Sarah did an amazing job on my nails. I went in with a broken nail and she fixed my nail along with my other nail that was on the verge of breaking. She did such a great job that I will be going to Sarah at Nikkis Nails for now on instead of my former nail salon.

My first time here today. Really great customer service. Staff seemed like they were having a good time even though it was very busy. Manager/owner was walking around consistently checking in everyone and helping. She offered customers water. I had a basic mani/pedi and it was $35. They did a paraffin foot wax dip that I didn't ask for, so I'm not sure if that was included or just kind of snuck in there. The overall experience and service was fine and the price seemed normal for what they did. The salon was busy but quiet and mellow. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is

Came in right at open. 5 minutes after 9 I come in for a simple fill. While picking out my color a woman comes in about 5 minutes later (meanwhile I'm waiting because I told the nail technician to not rush since the salon just opened and she was getting her things together). While the technician I was waiting on was in the back, someone directs the woman who JUST walked in to the desk of the woman I was waiting on. Then they told me to wait at another table for a technician that HASN'T EVEN SHOWN UP YET. I wait 10 minutes without another word, no tech, nothing. While I watch the woman

I just got a pedicure and it looks great! The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it felt a bit rushed-she scrubbed/exfoliated both of my legs at the same time and the foot scrub was minimal. I never need much scrubbing but it feels good to have it done. Also, she just rubbed the lotion on my legs and feet instead of massaging it in

The cut, shape, and polish looks good though so I will be back!
