I want to mount my TV onto the wall and hide my wires do I need to hire an electrician to install a power outlet? Our staff are certified licensed electricians and we recommend that you install a power outlet behind the TV. They came and ran 12 low voltage lines. They also mounted my WiFi APs for me. Everything worked the first time without any difficulty and they went through everything with me to show that it was all functional and performed as requested. They did an amazing job.

The ease of scheduling was convenient and the professionalism provided by the service tech (Jason) with installation and connectivity of my security products is fully functioning and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I wish I could report a better experience because it started off so well. I moved back to Roswell from the West Coast during the pandemic and needed to set my house up for 5x people to stream video calls for work and school. They responded and executed the initial job well and in a timely manner. Everything else after that was severely lacking. For months I have been asking for someone to come back and set up the profiles for devices on the network for limits and control over my kids access to WiFi and needed help when I've had issues with speed or consistent connection. I am so glad I reached out to RMS Installs, we had a nightmare situation at our place, with a lot of difficult issues. For years we had struggled with internet problems, we were so frustrated at how much money we had spent and what terrible internet coverage we had.
Dante and his team stepped in and worked a miracle. Dante listened carefully to our concerns, he picked up on the frustration I was feeling as the lone IT person and ran with everything. He went above and beyond and helped us get business internet as essentially we run a family business from home.

When the pandemic hit, I needed to professionally upgrade my home internet service for business use and expand the signal for multiple people throughout the house. Dante and the RMS Team knocked it out of the park. They assessed my situation, provided a gigabit switch & VPN router, uninterruptable power supply, new ethernet lines, installed multiple access points, a slick wall mount rack and even surge protectors. I would give zero stars if i could, This operation is completely bush league. After having a complete theater installation done back in 2018 by RMS. My remote (mx-1200) which they recommended and installed was outdated and needed to be reprogrammed. After just two years RMS was unable to complete the update for the newly installed components.
They recommendation was to purchase a new Harmony 2400 for $500 and an additional $200 install. While not happy with a $700 fix for a simple reprogram, i accepted since I needed the theater to work properly. I scheduled the appointment for the install

After experiencing a less than stellar visit from the Geek Squad, I reached out to several business in the metro area for a quote to mount my television over my fireplace.
Ruredzo was able to come out the next day (ON A SUNDAY) to do the install. Dante was on time as promised and professional down to the booties to cover his shoes.
I explained to him the complications the Geek Squad has with my setup and showed him the $200 mount they recommended that I buy in order for my television to be mounted over my fireplace since the original owner's mount would not work.
Dante hopped into action

I sent a quote request Sunday morning and withing 10 seconds got a reply from Dante. He came in 2 days later with his crew and did a great job running a coax from my basement to the attic for an antenna. He also ran a cat6 ethernet and setup my wireless access-point on the 2nd floor. He was great to work with and was reasonably pricing his service.

Perfect experience. Dante was right on time with another guy and they were able to do a insert over the fire place TV mount that no one else wanted to do. After having several other companies confirm then cancel last minute on me it was such a relief to finally get someone so professional and knowledgeable, I only wished I called here first. It was worth every penny to get someone who I feel confident knew exactly what they were doing and I won't have to worry about my 65" TV falling off the wall. Highly recommend.
