We enjoy working with any customer looking for a good pair of shoes - whether you're a runner, a walker, a triathlete, or someone who just needs a comfortable pair of shoes.
Never miss another event. We sponsor and participate in events throguhout the year and would love it if you joined in. Great knowledgeable staff, who take the time to understand what you are looking for. They analyze your walking and inquire about any foot issues you may have. Naperville Running has been around for several years and has always been amazing. As a person who works out frequently and has flat feet - I will always frequent Naperville Running. They take the time to sit with you, measure properly and try shoes on in store actively on a treadmill. You will get fit properly for both shoes and insoles. If you're new to working out or have been working out for years support Naperville Running Corp as they're an amazing small business!

Incredibly safe for COVID. Fantastic job taking people's health so seriously. Yet, they still allow you to take your time to make sure you get the exact right shoe for your walking or running style. Very knowledge staff. They also take into account any existing or previous injuries. I will be back for my next pair!!

So I’ll start off by saying that the customer service here is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Walking in I knew little to nothing about running shoes but Tim told me everything that I needed to know as well as watched the way I walked from hip to toe and made 4 recommendations which I tested all of and walked out a very happy customer. Outstanding experience. Honestly if I could give it a six out of 5 I would.

I highly recommend NRC! I stopped by the South Naperville store because I was having an issue that I thought was related to my socks, but after explaining it in more detail, I learned the problem was stemming from my running shoes. Ralph helped me with making sure I got the right size running shoe and also helped me pick out new socks to make sure my runs were as comfortable as possible. The customer service Ralph provided was exceptional; he truly went above and beyond, and I will recommend NRC to anyone who needs new running gear!

Emily was awesome to work with! Best athletic shoe buying experience I have ever had. With my foot-type, not all athletic shoes are the same. She took the time to explain which shoes I should consider and was more than patient while I tried on different options. I found out that I have been wearing a smaller size than I should for a running shoe and it made all the difference from a comfort and support stand-point.
