What a wonderful experience with SmartWire! I had a small job (two bathroom fans were not working, and I had a kitchen switch which needed looking into) and I was treated as if it was a huge project. I was very impressed. Communication was extremely prompt, professional/courteous. The inhome inspection/free quote was done efficiently and the next day, two gentleman arrived on time and were just as polite and professional as the person who gave the originial quote (I will add due to pandemic everyone I met with wore masks/gloves and took every precaution). The price was lower than I anticipated

I called Smartwire360 today to ask for a quote on a job for my house. My treadmill kept tripping my breaker and I thought I needed to put a new outlet in with higher amps. After Faith called me back to discuss my issue, she gave me a couple options on how I could go about solving my problem. She could've quoted me a higher amount or told me I had to exaggerated work, but instead it was a simple solution and she didn't charge me for the conversation. Thank you so much Faith! You put my 'faith' back in home services! ;)

This is my 2nd time hiring Smartwire360. Faith and her crew were EXCELLENT.
I completely gutted my kitchen because I was renovating my kitchen and changing the kitchen layout. Smartwire360 was hired to change out all electrical outlets, demo, add new outlets based on new kitchen design and to add cords to my dishwasher/garbage disposal. The crew showed up and asked to go over everything prior to starting and asked for the new kitchen layout. I really appreciate that because that showed me they wanted to get it right the 1st time. They double checked everything to make sure everything was working

Renovating a 98-year-old house and needed a new 200-amp service installed to run HVAC and get started on updating the wiring to this-century code standards. I had ridiculously bad luck finding an electrician, including being charged for an estimate(!), then thinking I'd found someone (nope... he disappeared), then got an estimator to visit from Davis & Green (never heard from him again) and this delayed our work.
Then my sister, a realtor, said her colleagues had had good experience with SmartWire. I called them, spoke to a very nice receptionist who said she'd have their estimator
