The Woods Motel sits on 37 beautifully wooded acres in Kingston, Oklahoma. We're just minutes from Lake Texoma, the Striper (Striped Bass) Capital of the World, making us the perfect location for enjoying world-class fishing, boating, and all the other activities Lake Texoma has to offer. Our accommodations at the Woods Motel feature six rustic duplex cabins, with a total of 12 comfortable, affordable rooms.
Each duplex shares a front porch, but the rooms are completely separate inside. Each of our rooms contains two queen beds, bath, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. Other amenities, such as alarm clocks and hair driers, are also included. We even supply your first pot of coffee!

I would say this is one of the best motels I have ever stood in and it is so exceptional for its size. The area is soooo clean, there is wifi, and the Bluetooth at the pavilion is an extra bonus. One of the best trips I have taken in a long time and absolutely appreciated the space, the quiet and calmness. Sooooooo beautiful. Soooooo enjoyable.

I cannot imagine why anyone would rate this place anything but five stars. What an incredible gem! I have spent the last two evenings listening to leaves fall in the woods; The air is so still and crisp and peaceful, and the amenities are WELL-kept. Every room was spotless. The Grillin’ Pavillon was an awesome space for communal experiences, and there are plenty of gorgeous nooks and crannies among the trees and cabins for one or two guest to get away and take it in. The water is sublime. There are CHRISTMAS LIGHTS ALL OVER 😍. The price is a DEAL. I came with a group of students for a contest

I stayed at the Woods in early August while fishing a tournament on Lake Texoma. This place was so nice and ridiculously clean. It was safe and even had exterior cameras that could be viewed from your room’s TV. That is very important for fisherman to have confidence that their boat and contents will not be messed with. I would highly recommend and I will be back

Most reasonably priced place I have stayed in years! Built in 2019 every thing is new and immaculate! Brenda and James are good honest people that want to make your stay the best! We enjoyed getting away to peace and quiet and celebration of life! Quiet times around the pond morning and night! Loved the stars! Will be back!

We have stayed twice and will certainly be back! They are so friendly and helpful! The grounds are beautiful!! Such a quaint little cabin clean and new looking! The outdoor space is amazing as well! We love getting neighboring cabins with friends and family to hang out around the fire pi, play horse shoes, cook out on grill provided! It’s perfect ‘lake’ get away!! Our favorite go to reservation for striper fishing trips!!

This was an amazing place to stay and the perfect home away from home. The owners are extremely nice, the grounds are well kept with beautiful ponds and our room was so clean! While we really just needed a place to stay while visiting family, you could definitely spend all of your time here and have a great time fishing, grilling and just hanging out. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Oklahoma!

I have stayed here about five times. James and Brenda, the owners are great! This is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed!! The grilling pavilion is awesome and my family made good use of that this week. The ponds are an added bonus and I love to fish them too. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.
