Aspen is your best choice for pain relief and recovery utilizing the latest techniques in myotherapy. Manual therapy and massage treatment which focuses on the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and associated pathologies. Their focus is providing you a worry-free experience so your energy is reserved for healing.
Myofascial therapy is the application of a range of stretching techniques, used to elongate the muscle fibers, return functionally short muscles to their optimal length and increase the range of motion of a joint, leading to prevention of further injury. Techniques may include: Static stretching, dynamic stretching and propriceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching (PNF).
Bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet to relieve tension. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression. We relieve pain, restore health, and provide solutions for our patients with individualized complementary therapy and education.
If you are being treated in our office for a case you will at some point see one of our case management providers so they can evaluate your case in our office. Most times the case management providers will periodically see you or talk to you about your case so that we can update our information and the doctor on your case to continue treatment in our office.
If you disagree or are compromised because of your immune system, we ask that you reschedule your appointment until this pandemic has passed. Our clinic has limited the overall number of providers and clients within the business, please come to your appointment alone if you are able to. Our office has chosen to give the rights to our patients, staff and providers to wear face coverings.

I have had two visits at the Aspen pain clinic so far. Both experiences were exceptional. I get the most benefit from very deep tissue work that does not always feel comfortable in the moment. Both Michael and Robert did a fantastic job of working out some of my chronic issues. I highly recommend them both without reservation.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Aspen Pain Clinic has helped me recover from chronic pain in my hips that I have had for YEARS. Mike and Robert have MAGIC hands and I have always felt comfortable with them even when laying there naked getting stretched. Very professional and caring in making sure you are covered and comfy. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. In fact tell them I sent you....you might get a free session. Lol!!!

Incredibly impressed with Logan....I usually get treated by Michael (he’s a master of structural integration) but the other day I had a horrible pain in the top of my shoulder and Ivonne was able to get me in with Logan. I am so impressed and more importantly pain free to continue working. Logan used Shiatsu techniques to carefully follow the issue to its sourceS and work them out. Thank you Aspen!!
